1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bat100 ("bat100," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the bat100 online gaming platform available at bat100.cam ("Platform") and all associated services, games, and features.

By completing registration, accessing your bat100 account, or using any part of the bat100 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bat100 platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the bat100 Privacy Policy and the bat100 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and bat100.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the bat100 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your bat100 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. bat100 enforces this requirement strictly through KYC identity verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to register a player account with bat100.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location prior to registering with bat100.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion program, whether administered by bat100 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not have had a previous bat100 account that was closed for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access bat100's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following conditions apply to all bat100 account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may register only one bat100 account. Duplicate accounts detected through technical verification, KYC cross-referencing, or any other means will be closed without notice. Balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. bat100 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.
• KYC verification: bat100 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID) and proof of address. bat100 may request additional documents at its discretion.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat100 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bat100 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify bat100 if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the bat100 platform:

Deposits: bat100 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bat100 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. bat100 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. bat100 is not responsible for fees imposed by external payment service providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit into your bat100 account or to a payment method verified as belonging to you. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of bat100 approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) banking days.

Currency: All bat100 transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). bat100 does not currently accept transactions in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bat100 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bat100 bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available only to verified bat100 account holders in good standing who have completed KYC verification.
• Each bat100 player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — through duplicate accounts or any other mechanism — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• All bat100 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified per promotion.
• bat100 bonuses have defined validity periods. Bonuses not used within their validity window will expire automatically without compensation.
• bat100 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• bat100 reserves the right to withhold bonus payment and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in strategic manipulation, pattern betting, or any other behavior intended to exploit bonus terms rather than participate in genuine gameplay.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted through the bat100 platform:

• Games available on bat100 — including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and table tennis — are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with those rules prior to play.
• bat100 sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results as recognized by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For PBA and Philippine basketball events, the official PBA game report is the authoritative source.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during a live game session, bat100 will resolve the hand, spin, or round based on the state of play at the time of the malfunction, where technically determinable. In cases where the game state cannot be recovered, the relevant wager will be returned to the player's bat100 wallet.
• bat100 live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time. All card dealing and wheel/dice operations are physically performed — results are not determined by software RNG. However, certain bat100 slot games use certified RNG systems audited to international fair-play standards.
• The use of any external tool, script, bot, or automated system to interact with the bat100 platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat100 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using a bat100 account under a false name, false age, or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Opening or operating more than one bat100 account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using software exploits, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering — using bat100 to convert, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your GCash, bank, or card provider after successfully receiving services from bat100.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bat100 staff, dealers, or other players in any way.
• Accessing bat100 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law while misrepresenting your location.

8 Responsible Gaming

bat100 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has implemented a range of player protection tools accessible from every registered bat100 account. Players may at any time, without charge or penalty:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much they fund their bat100 account within a given period.
• Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to cap the amount they can lose in a defined window.
• Set session time limits to receive an alert or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Initiate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which they will not be able to access gambling features on bat100.
• Request permanent self-exclusion from bat100, which will result in their account being closed and their details flagged to prevent re-registration.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bat100 platform — including but not limited to the bat100 brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of bat100 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat100 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bat100 content without prior written authorization from bat100.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bat100's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the bat100 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bat100 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bat100 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses, even if bat100 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any service interruptions, technical failures, or access disruptions caused by factors beyond bat100's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, Philippine network congestion, or force majeure events.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your bat100 login credentials or from unauthorized access to your account that is not attributable to bat100's negligence.
• The content, accuracy, or legality of any third-party services accessed through or linked to the bat100 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bat100's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

bat100 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a bat100 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bat100 is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). bat100 does not sell personal player data to third parties.

12 Amendments

bat100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bat100 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to their registered email address or via a notice posted prominently on the bat100 platform.

Your continued use of the bat100 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using bat100 and close your account. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is set out at the top of this page.

13 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the bat100 platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bat100's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. bat100 players acknowledge that Philippine law governs their use of the bat100 platform and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts in the event of any unresolved dispute.
